DAWG – Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the expected behavior for all users of the DAWG Platform (“Platform”), including Guardians, Dawgs, and Trainers.
By using DAWG, you agree to follow these standards to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for youth athletic training.

Messaging

Training sessions

Reviews
-
Photos and media
-
All interactions through the Platform
DAWG, operated by Bullware Solutions, LLC, may enforce these rules at its discretion.
1. Core Principles
DAWG is built on four core principles:

Safety — Protecting youth athletes is our highest priority.

Respect — All users must treat one another with professionalism and courtesy.

Integrity — Users must act honestly and follow DAWG policies.
-
Professionalism — Trainers and Guardians must maintain appropriate conduct at all times.
Any behavior that violates these principles may result in account suspension or removal.

2. Conduct Expectations for All Users
All users, including Guardians and Trainers, must:

Communicate respectfully
-
Avoid abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior
-
Respect personal boundaries
-
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
-
Follow all DAWG policies and local laws
-
Report unsafe behavior when observed
DAWG maintains a zero-tolerance stance on harassment or inappropriate conduct.

3. Messaging & Communication Rules
Messaging on DAWG must remain professional, safe, and appropriate.
Users must NOT:

Send offensive, abusive, or threatening messages
-
Use profanity toward Trainers, Guardians, or Dawgs
-
Share sexually explicit or suggestive content
-
Request personal relationships or make inappropriate comments
-
Share personal contact information to avoid using DAWG
-
Attempt to coordinate payments outside the Platform
-
Discuss off-platform meetups without booking through DAWG
DAWG may monitor messaging for safety and policy enforcement.

4. Trainer Conduct Standards
Trainers must:

Maintain professional boundaries with minors
-
Ensure all communication remains instructional and respectful
-
Never contact Dawgs directly outside the Platform
-
Show up on time and prepared
-
Train athletes using safe, age-appropriate practices
-
Refrain from using alcohol or drugs before or during sessions
-
Maintain a positive, encouraging environment
Trainers must NOT:
-
Engage in physical contact beyond what is required for safe instruction
-
Engage in any inappropriate or suggestive behavior
-
Train in unsafe conditions
-
Misrepresent experience, skills, or certifications
-
Show discriminatory behavior or favoritism
Violations may result in dismissal from the Platform.

5. Guardian Conduct Standards
Guardians must:

Be respectful to Trainers
-
Ensure Dawgs are ready and supervised during sessions
-
Communicate schedule needs clearly
-
Provide accurate Dawg information
-
Refrain from harassment, threats, or aggressive behavior
-
Use the Platform for all scheduling and payments
Guardians must NOT:
-
Request off-platform payments
-
Attempt to negotiate pricing outside DAWG
-
Make inappropriate comments toward Trainers
-
Pressure Trainers into unsafe or unreasonable drills
6. Safety Expectations for Training Sessions
All in-person sessions must:
-
Take place in safe, appropriate environments
-
Use suitable equipment
-
Follow proper safety procedures
-
Occur at publicly acceptable locations (e.g., fields, gyms, parks)
-
Maintain proper supervision of minors
DAWG strongly recommends that a Guardian or responsible adult remain accessible during all sessions.
7. Reviews & Feedback
DAWG encourages honest and constructive reviews.
Users must NOT leave reviews that are:

False or intentionally misleading
-
Harassing, abusive, or personal attacks
-
Retaliatory or manipulative
-
Containing private personal information
DAWG may remove reviews that violate these rules.
8. Prohibited Behavior
The following actions are not allowed on DAWG:

Harassment or bullying
-
Discrimination of any kind
-
Hate speech
-
Sexual content or references
-
Physical intimidation or threats
-
Fraudulent activity
-
Sharing false information
-
Attempting to bypass DAWG fees
-
Failing to maintain professional boundaries
-
Endangering a Dawg or Trainer in any way
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension.
9. Reporting Concerns
Users are encouraged to report:

Safety issues
-
Inappropriate behavior
-
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
-
Messaging violations
-
Trainer or Guardian misconduct
Report concerns to:
support@thedawgapp.com
DAWG may take action including warning, suspension, or account removal.
10. Enforcement
DAWG reserves the right to:

Issue warnings
-
Temporarily restrict features
-
Suspend accounts
-
Permanently remove accounts
-
Withhold payouts during investigations (for Trainers)
DAWG enforces policies at its sole discretion and prioritizes safety above all else.
11. Updates to These Guidelines
These Guidelines may be updated at any time.
