COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

DAWG – Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the expected behavior for all users of the DAWG Platform (“Platform”), including Guardians, Dawgs, and Trainers.


By using DAWG, you agree to follow these standards to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for youth athletic training.

These Guidelines apply to:

  • Profiles

  • Messaging

  • Training sessions

  • Reviews

  • Photos and media

  • All interactions through the Platform

DAWG, operated by Bullware Solutions, LLC, may enforce these rules at its discretion.

1. CORE PRINCIPLES


DAWG is built on four core principles:

  • Safety: Protecting youth athletes is the highest priority  

  • Respect: All users must treat each other professionally and courteously  

  • Integrity: Users must act honestly and follow DAWG policies  

  • Professionalism: Trainers and Guardians must maintain appropriate conduct at all times

Behavior that violates these principles may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or account removal.

2. CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS FOR ALL USERS


All users, including Guardians and Trainers, must:

  • Communicate respectfully  

  • Avoid abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behavior  

  • Respect personal and professional boundaries  

  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes  

  • Follow DAWG policies and applicable laws  

  • Report unsafe behavior when observed

DAWG maintains a zero-tolerance approach to serious safety and harassment violations.

3. MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATION RULES


Messaging on DAWG must remain professional, safety-focused, and appropriate.

Users must not:

  • Send offensive, abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit messages  

  • Harass, intimidate, or pressure other users  

  • Share contact information or payment instructions to bypass DAWG  

  • Coordinate off-platform payments for DAWG-booked services  

  • Use messaging in ways that violate policy or law

DAWG may review communications and related metadata for safety, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.

​

4. TRAINER CONDUCT STANDARDS


Trainers must:

  • Maintain professional boundaries with minors  

  • Keep communication instructional, respectful, and appropriate  

  • Arrive on time and prepared  

  • Use safe, age-appropriate training practices  

  • Avoid alcohol or drugs before/during sessions  

  • Provide a positive and non-discriminatory environment

Trainers must not:

  • Engage in inappropriate, suggestive, or exploitative behavior  

  • Misrepresent qualifications, experience, or certifications  

  • Train in unsafe conditions  

  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or retaliation

​

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

​

5. GUARDIAN CONDUCT STANDARDS


Guardians must:

  • Treat Trainers respectfully  

  • Ensure Dawgs are prepared and appropriately supervised  

  • Provide accurate athlete and scheduling information  

  • Use DAWG for booking and payment flows

​

Guardians must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate Trainers  

  • Request off-platform payment arrangements  

  • Pressure Trainers into unsafe training activity  

  • Submit knowingly false reports or reviews

​

6. SAFETY EXPECTATIONS FOR SESSIONS


In-person sessions should:

  • Occur in safe, appropriate environments  

  • Use suitable equipment and safety procedures  

  • Be conducted with proper minor supervision and accessibility of a responsible adult

​

If conditions are unsafe, users should stop the session and report concerns to DAWG.

​

7. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK


DAWG encourages honest, constructive feedback.  


Reviews must not be:

  • False, misleading, or retaliatory  

  • Harassing, abusive, or discriminatory  

  • Doxxing or sharing private personal information

​

DAWG may remove content that violates these Guidelines.

​

8. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR


Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation  

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or sexual content involving minors  

  • Fraud, impersonation, or deceptive conduct  

  • Attempts to bypass DAWG fees/policies  

  • Endangering any athlete, Guardian, or Trainer  

  • Repeated violations of safety or conduct standards

Serious violations may result in immediate account action.

​

9. REPORTING CONCERNS


Report concerns involving:

  • Safety incidents  

  • Inappropriate conduct  

  • Fraud or suspicious activity  

  • Messaging or boundary violations  

  • Trainer or Guardian misconduct

DAWG may investigate and take action, including warning, restriction, suspension, or removal.

10. ENFORCEMENT


DAWG may, at its discretion:

  • Issue warnings  

  • Restrict account features  

  • Suspend or terminate accounts  

  • Remove offending content  

  • Pause or withhold payouts during active investigation, where applicable

​

Safety is prioritized in all enforcement decisions.

​

11. UPDATES TO THESE GUIDELINES  


DAWG may update these Guidelines from time to time.  


Updates are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
