REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

DAWG – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, and no-shows are handled on the DAWG Platform (“Platform”), operated by Bullware Solutions, LLC (“DAWG”, “we”, “our”).

​

This Policy protects the time of Trainers, ensures fairness to Guardians, and maintains consistency across the Platform.

​

By booking or offering training sessions through DAWG, you agree to this Policy.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES


Refund outcomes depend on session status, who initiates cancellation, and cancellation timing under DAWG platform rules.

​

DAWG platform fees are generally non-refundable once a session is completed.  


Stripe processing/dispute outcomes may affect final settlement and are controlled by Stripe.  


Only sessions booked and paid through DAWG are eligible under this Policy.

2. GUARDIAN CANCELLATIONS


2.1 Cancel More Than 24 Hours Before Session Start  
If a Guardian cancels more than 24 hours before session start:

  • Session may be eligible for refund processing  

  • Trainer receives no payout for that canceled session  

  • Refund amount may be adjusted based on applicable fee/reversal outcomes

2.2 Cancel Within 24 Hours of Session Start  
If a Guardian cancels within 24 hours:

  • No automatic refund is guaranteed  

  • Session is treated as a late cancellation under platform rules  

  • Trainer may choose to issue a discretionary partial or full refund where available

​

2.3 Very Late Cancellation  
Cancellations made close to session start may result in no automatic refund and may be treated similarly to late-cancellation/no-show outcomes, subject to session state and dispute handling.

3. TRAINER CANCELLATIONS  


If a Trainer cancels a paid session:

  • Guardian is eligible for refund handling based on payment/session state  

  • Trainer receives no payout for the canceled session  

  • Repeated Trainer cancellations may trigger account review or restrictions

4. NO-SHOWS  


4.1 Guardian No-Show  
If a Guardian/Dawg does not attend:

  • Refund is not guaranteed  

  • Payout treatment follows session status and platform rules

​

4.2 Trainer No-Show  
If a Trainer does not attend:

  • Guardian may report no-show through DAWG  

  • Session may enter dispute/review handling before final refund outcome  

  • Repeated no-shows may trigger disciplinary action

​

5. WEATHER AND SAFETY CONDITIONS

 
When sessions cannot safely proceed due to weather or safety concerns:

  • Users may reschedule by agreement, or request cancellation/refund handling  

  • DAWG may evaluate outcomes case-by-case based on session/payment state and supporting details

​

6. FUTURE PACKAGE SESSIONS


If DAWG introduces recurring or package bookings:

  • Refunds will generally apply to unused eligible sessions only  

  • Completed sessions remain billable  

  • Package-specific terms may apply

​

7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES


If a charge is disputed with a bank/card issuer:

  • Stripe may reverse or hold funds  

  • Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld during investigation  

  • Additional processor/dispute fees may apply  

  • DAWG may suspend related account activity during dispute resolution

Chargeback outcomes may override standard refund outcomes.

8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES


DAWG may issue refunds or credits outside standard policy, in its discretion, including:

  • Verified safety incidents  

  • Verified fraud or misconduct  

  • Technical/payment processing errors  

  • Other exceptional circumstances

9. REFUND TIMELINES


Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.  


Most refunds post within 3–10 business days, but bank timelines vary and may take longer.  
DAWG cannot control or expedite bank processing timelines.

​

10. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS


Unless required by law or otherwise approved by DAWG:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable  

  • Certain platform/processing components may be non-refundable after completion/settlement  

  • Background check fees (Trainer onboarding) are non-refundable  

  • Other non-refundable items, if introduced, will be disclosed in-product or policy updates

11. POLICY UPDATES


DAWG may update this Policy from time to time.  
Updates are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
