REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

DAWG – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, and no-shows are handled on the DAWG Platform (“Platform”), operated by Bullware Solutions, LLC (“DAWG”, “we”, “our”).

This Policy protects the time of Trainers, ensures fairness to Guardians, and maintains consistency across the Platform.

By booking or offering training sessions through DAWG, you agree to this Policy.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
 

Refund outcomes depend on session status, who initiates cancellation, cancellation timing, payment status, and DAWG’s then-current platform rules.
 

DAWG platform fees may be retained in whole or in part depending on session status, refund timing, payment status, and applicable platform rules.
 

Stripe processing, reversals, disputes, and settlement outcomes may affect final refund and payout amounts and are subject to Stripe’s processes.
 

Only sessions booked and paid through DAWG are eligible under this Policy.

2. GUARDIAN CANCELLATIONS
 

2.1 Cancel More Than 24 Hours Before Session Start

If a Guardian cancels more than 24 hours before session start:

  • The session may be eligible for refund processing under DAWG’s then-current rules

  • Trainer receives no payout for that canceled session

  • DAWG may retain its platform fee except where DAWG expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result
     

2.2 Cancel Within 24 Hours of Session Start

If a Guardian cancels within 24 hours:

  • No automatic refund is guaranteed

  • The session is treated as a late cancellation under platform rules

  • The Trainer may choose to issue a discretionary partial or full refund where available through DAWG
     

2.3 Very Late Cancellation

Cancellations made close to session start may result in no automatic refund and may be handled similarly to late-cancellation or reported no-show outcomes, depending on session state, payment status, and dispute handling.

3. TRAINER CANCELLATIONS
 

If a Trainer cancels a paid session:

  • The Guardian may be eligible for refund handling based on session and payment state

  • Trainer receives no payout for the canceled session

  • Repeated Trainer cancellations may trigger account review, restrictions, or removal from the Platform

4. NO-SHOWS
 

4.1 Guardian No-Show

If a Guardian and/or Dawg does not attend:

  • Refund is not guaranteed

  • Payout treatment depends on session status, payment state, and DAWG’s then-current platform rules
     

4.2 Trainer No-Show

If a Trainer does not attend:

  • The Guardian may report the no-show through DAWG

  • The session may be placed into dispute or review handling before any final refund outcome is determined

  • Repeated no-shows may trigger disciplinary action, account review, or removal from the Platform

5. WEATHER AND SAFETY CONDITIONS
 

When sessions cannot safely proceed due to weather, facility conditions, travel conditions, or other safety concerns:

  • Users may reschedule by agreement, or request cancellation or refund handling

  • DAWG may evaluate outcomes case-by-case based on session state, payment status, timing, and supporting details

6. FUTURE PACKAGE OR MULTI-SESSION BOOKINGS
 

If DAWG introduces package, recurring, or multi-session bookings:

  • Refunds will generally apply only to unused sessions that remain eligible under the applicable package or booking terms

  • Completed sessions remain billable

  • Additional package-specific or promotional terms may apply

7. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

If a charge is disputed with a bank or card issuer:

  • Stripe may reverse or hold funds

  • Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld during investigation

  • Additional processor or dispute-related fees may apply

  • DAWG may suspend related account activity while the dispute is unresolved

Chargeback and dispute outcomes may override standard refund handling.

8. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
 

DAWG may issue refunds, credits, or other account adjustments outside this standard Policy in its sole discretion, including in situations involving:

  • Verified safety incidents

  • Verified fraud or misconduct

  • Technical or payment processing errors

  • Other exceptional circumstances

9. REFUND TIMELINES
 

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe.
 

Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days, but bank or card network timelines may vary and can take longer.
 

DAWG cannot control or expedite third-party bank or processor timelines.

10. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
 

Unless required by law or otherwise approved by DAWG:

  • Completed sessions are generally non-refundable

  • Certain platform fee or processing-related amounts may be non-refundable depending on session and payment status

  • Background check fees or similar Trainer onboarding fees are non-refundable

  • Other non-refundable items, if introduced, will be disclosed in-product or in updated policies

11. POLICY UPDATES
 

DAWG may update this Policy from time to time.
 

Updates are effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
