1. Overview

DAWG is a marketplace that connects parents/guardians (“Guardians”) of youth athletes (“Dawgs”) with independent sports trainers (“Trainers”).
DAWG does not hire, employ, supervise, or control Trainers.

DAWG:

• Provides scheduling, messaging, and booking tools

• Facilitates payments through Stripe

• Manages platform fees and trainer payouts

• Provides safety and moderation tools

DAWG does not:

• Provide sports training

• Guarantee trainer skills or conduct

• Oversee or supervise sessions

• Accept liability for injuries or misconduct

All training is a private arrangement between Guardian and Trainer.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 Guardians

You must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Be able to enter a binding agreement

• Be the parent or legal guardian of any minor you enroll
   

2.2 Trainers

You must:

• Be 18 years or older

• Provide accurate personal information

• Complete onboarding requirements

• Pass background checks if required

• Comply with all applicable laws

 

3. Accounts

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

• Not impersonate another person

• Not use the Platform for unlawful activities

• Not attempt to avoid DAWG fees or Stripe processing

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or safety concerns.

 

4. Payments, Fees, and Payouts

4.1 Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe.
You agree that:

• Guardians pay at the time of booking

• Trainers are paid through Stripe Connect

• DAWG collects a platform fee on each session
   

4.2 Platform Fees

DAWG charges a platform fee of:
10% of the session price OR $5.00 minimum — whichever is greater.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4.4 Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in funds being held or accounts being suspended.

 

5. Trainer Relationship

Trainers are independent providers, not employees of DAWG or Bullware Solutions.

Trainers are solely responsible for:

• Their conduct

• Their skills, certifications, and training quality

• Insurance (if desired)

• Compliance with laws and safety guidelines

• Interacting safely with minors

• Setting session prices and availability

DAWG does not control or supervise Trainers.

 

6. Guardian Responsibilities

Guardians acknowledge and agree that:

• They assume all risks associated with athletic training

• They must provide appropriate supervision for minors

• Sessions involve physical activity and potential injury

• DAWG is not liable for Trainer actions

7. Messaging & Communication

The Platform includes messaging between Trainers and Guardians.
Users agree not to send:

• Harassing or abusive messages

• Inappropriate or unsafe content

• Payment requests outside DAWG

• Contact information intended to circumvent the Platform

DAWG may monitor messages for safety and moderation.

 

8. Content Ownership

Users grant DAWG a license to use profile information, images, reviews, and training descriptions for:

• Operating the Platform

• Improving services

• Marketing non-identifiable content

DAWG owns all Platform IP.

 

9. Safety and Conduct

Users agree to:

• Behave respectfully

• Follow all laws

• Protect minors' wellbeing

• Not engage in fraud, harassment, or unsafe activities

DAWG may remove any user who threatens safety.

 

10. Termination

DAWG may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including:

• Non-payment

• Fraud or misconduct

• Violations of these Terms

• Safety risks

• Attempts to avoid fees

Users may delete their accounts at any time.

 

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
DAWG does not guarantee:

• Trainer quality or availability

• Outcomes of training

• Safety during sessions

• Accuracy of user-provided information

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAWG and Bullware Solutions, LLC are not liable for:

• Injuries

• Damages from training

• Trainer misconduct

• Lost profits

• Data loss

• Indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
