PLATFORM FEE POLICY

DAWG – Platform Fee Policy

This Platform Fee Policy (“Policy”) explains how DAWG, operated by Bullware Solutions, LLC, charges and collects fees for training sessions booked through the DAWG Platform (“Platform”).

By using DAWG as a Guardian or Trainer, you agree to this Policy.

1. OVERVIEW


DAWG is a youth sports training marketplace. To operate and maintain the Platform, including scheduling, messaging, customer support, payments, fraud prevention, and app development, DAWG applies a platform fee to paid session bookings.

This Policy explains how fees are calculated and applied.

​

2. PLATFORM FEE STRUCTURE


DAWG charges a platform fee on each paid session booking:

  • 10% of the session price, or $5.00 minimum, whichever is greater.

​

Examples:

a. Session Price: $30  
Calculated 10% Fee: $3.00  
Minimum Applies: Yes  
Platform Fee: $5.00

​

b. Session Price: $50  
Calculated 10% Fee: $5.00  
Minimum Applies: Equal to minimum  
Platform Fee: $5.00

​

c. Session Price: $60  
Calculated 10% Fee: $6.00  
Minimum Applies: No  
Platform Fee: $6.00

​

d. Session Price: $100  
Calculated 10% Fee: $10.00  
Minimum Applies: No  
Platform Fee: $10.00

3. PAYMENT PROCESSING FEES


Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may charge payment processing and/or dispute-related fees under your Stripe-connected payment flow.

​

These fees:

  • Are determined by Stripe and may vary  

  • Are outside DAWG’s direct control  

  • Can affect net settlement and payout timing

​

4. TRAINER PAYOUTS


Trainer payout amounts are calculated based on session payment outcomes, refunds, and settlement flows.

​

Actual payout amounts are shown in the Trainer earnings/payout views.  


Where applicable, payouts may be reduced by refunds, disputes, reversals, or processor-related deductions.

​

5. WHEN FEES APPLY


Platform fees are generally applied when:

  • A Guardian successfully submits payment  

  • A booking is confirmed as paid

​

Fees may be reversed or adjusted in whole or in part when sessions are refunded, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not eligible for payout.

​

6. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES


If a charge is disputed:

  • Stripe may reverse funds during investigation  

  • Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld  

  • Additional processor fees may apply  

  • DAWG may limit account activity while a dispute is unresolved

​

Resolution timing follows Stripe’s dispute process.

​

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


Fee and payout outcomes vary by cancellation/refund status and timing under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

​

Examples include:

  • Guardian cancellation more than 24 hours before session: eligible refund treatment per policy  

  • Guardian cancellation within 24 hours: no automatic refund guaranteed; trainer may issue discretionary partial/full refund where applicable

  • Trainer cancellation: refund outcome handled per policy and applicable payment state  

  • No-show/disputed outcomes: handled under session dispute/no-show rules and may affect payout timing

8. FEE AVOIDANCE PROHIBITED


To protect platform integrity, users may not:

  • Arrange session payments outside DAWG  

  • Use DAWG to move relationships off-platform to avoid fees  

  • Request/accept direct cash or digital payment to bypass DAWG checkout  

  • Otherwise circumvent DAWG or Stripe marketplace flows

Violations may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination  

  • Withheld payouts while reviewed  

  • Permanent removal from the Platform

​

9. POLICY UPDATES


DAWG may update this Policy from time to time. Updates are effective upon posting unless stated otherwise.
