1. AUTHORITY TO ACT
 

You represent that you are the parent/legal guardian or authorized to act for each athlete.
 

You have full authority to accept this Waiver for that athlete.

2. INHERENT RISK OF ATHLETIC ACTIVITY
 

You understand that sports activities involve risks including:

• Falls and collisions  

• Overexertion and heat-related illness  

• Injuries such as sprains, fractures, or concussions  

• Aggravation of existing conditions  

• Facility and environmental hazards  

• Negligence of others  

• Serious injury or death  
   

These risks may occur even with reasonable care.

3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
 

You voluntarily assume all risks related to:

• Using DAWG  

• Traveling to sessions  

• Participating in activities  

• Trainer or participant conduct  

• Facility conditions  
   

You are responsible for determining if participation is appropriate.

4. MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
 

You confirm the athlete is medically able to participate or you accept the risk.

You are responsible for:

• Medical disclosures  

• Obtaining medical advice  

• Insurance coverage  

• Monitoring participation  

• Authorizing emergency care  
   

DAWG does not provide medical services.

5. INDEPENDENT TRAINERS
 

Trainers are independent providers.
 

DAWG does not guarantee:

• Trainer qualifications  

• Session safety  

• Equipment or facilities  

• Training results  
   

DAWG only provides the platform.

6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
 

You release DAWG and Bullware Solutions, LLC from all claims related to:

• Use of the Platform  

• Participation in sessions  

• Actions of Trainers or others  

• Injuries, damages, or losses  

​

7. NEGLIGENCE
 

This release includes claims based on ordinary negligence to the fullest extent allowed by law.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
 

You agree to indemnify DAWG against claims arising from:

• Your use of DAWG  

• Athlete participation  

• Violations of this Waiver or law

9. FACILITIES AND THIRD PARTIES
 

DAWG does not control facilities or equipment.
 

You assume risks related to:

• Facility conditions  

• Equipment safety  

• Weather  

• Third parties

10. EMERGENCIES
 

You authorize emergency care if needed.
 

DAWG has no obligation to provide emergency services.

​

11. PHOTO AND OBSERVATION
 

Sessions may occur in public settings.
 

DAWG is not responsible for third-party recording or observation.

​

12. NO GUARANTEE OF SAFETY
 

No system eliminates all risk.
 

You knowingly accept these risks.

13. DISPUTES
 

DAWG is not required to resolve disputes.
 

DAWG may take action under its policies but is not responsible for outcomes.

​

14. SEVERABILITY
 

If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

​

15. GOVERNING LAW
 

This Waiver is governed by Texas law.
 

Disputes must be handled in Texas courts unless otherwise required.

16. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
 

BY USING DAWG, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:

• You have read this Waiver  

• You understand it  

• You are giving up legal rights  

• You agree to it for yourself and the athlete
