1. General Acknowledgment

DAWG is a marketplace platform that connects Guardians with independent sports trainers (“Trainers”).
DAWG does not provide training services, supervise training, or employ Trainers.
Trainers operate independently and are solely responsible for their own conduct, safety practices, and training methods.

2. Assumption of Inherent Risks

Athletic training involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to:

• Sprains or strains

• Broken bones

• Concussions

• Overexertion

• Injuries from equipment

• Collisions

• Environmental hazards

• Heart or breathing complications

• In rare cases, death

By booking a session through DAWG, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, voluntarily accept them, and accept responsibility for your Dawg’s safety and supervision during all training activities.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless:

Bullware Solutions, LLC (DAWG)
along with its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners,

from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or causes of action arising from:

• Training sessions

• Trainer conduct, negligence, or omissions

• Accidents or injuries

• Scheduling or booking issues

• Use of equipment or facilities

• Transportation to or from sessions

• The Dawg’s participation in athletic training

You agree that DAWG is not responsible for Trainer actions, training environments, or training results.

4. Independent Trainer Relationship

You acknowledge that Trainers are independent providers, not employees or representatives of DAWG or Bullware Solutions, LLC.
DAWG does not supervise or control Trainer behavior, safety protocols, or training methods.
Any disputes or claims regarding training quality or conduct are between the Guardian and the Trainer.

5. Medical Responsibility

You agree that:

• Your Dawg is physically able to participate in sports training.

• You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions to the Trainer.

• You will ensure appropriate supervision of your Dawg during training.

• You authorize emergency medical care if necessary.

• You accept full financial responsibility for any medical treatment required.

6. No Guarantees

DAWG does not guarantee:

• Trainer certifications or experience

• Trainer background

• Training outcomes or performance improvements

• Injury prevention

• Availability of Trainers

• Suitability or safety of training environments

All training decisions are made at your discretion.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAWG and Bullware Solutions, LLC from:

• Claims brought by your Dawg

• Claims brought by third parties

• Costs, damages, attorney fees, or liabilities resulting from training sessions
   

8. Photography & Media

You acknowledge that:

• Profile photos uploaded to DAWG may be shared with Trainers for identification.

• The Platform may store and process such media securely.

• Trainers may record training sessions only with Guardian permission.

DAWG does not publish images without consent.
 

9. Governing Law

This Waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes shall be resolved in a Texas court of competent jurisdiction.
 

10. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By using the Platform or booking training sessions, you confirm that:

• You have read and understand this Waiver.

• You agree to its terms voluntarily.

• You fully assume all risks associated with athletic training.

• You release DAWG and Bullware Solutions, LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   

If you do not agree to this Waiver, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
