This Privacy Policy explains how DAWG, operated by Bullware Solutions, LLC, collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information. By using the DAWG mobile app, website, or online services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to this Policy.

DAWG is committed to protecting user privacy — especially for minors (“Dawgs”) whose accounts are created and managed by parents or legal guardians.

1. WHO WE ARE  


DAWG is a youth sports training marketplace that connects parents/legal guardians (“Guardians”) with independent sports trainers (“Trainers”).

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT


We collect the following categories of information.

2.1 Information Provided by Guardians  

  • Full name  

  • Email address  

  • Phone number  

  • Password (encrypted/hashed)  

  • Address and location information  

  • Athlete (“Dawg”) profile details  

  • Payment-related details necessary for transactions (processed by Stripe)

2.2 Information About Dawgs (Minors)  
Provided by a Guardian:

  • Name  

  • Age  

  • Gender  

  • Sports played  

  • Positions  

  • Skill level (optional)  

  • Profile photo (optional)

Important: DAWG does not allow minors to create accounts or directly manage their own data.

2.3 Trainer Information  

  • Full legal name  

  • Phone number  

  • Email address  

  • Profile information  

  • Sports/services offered  

  • Service pricing  

  • Profile photos  

  • Payout onboarding details (processed by Stripe)

2.4 Automatically Collected Data  

  • Device model and operating system  

  • IP address  

  • Usage and diagnostic logs  

  • Crash logs  

  • Approximate location (if permission is granted)  

  • Session and booking activity history

2.5 Payment Information  
DAWG does not store full payment card numbers.  


Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION


We use personal information to:

  • Provide and operate the DAWG platform  

  • Process session bookings and related transactions  

  • Facilitate Trainer payouts through Stripe  

  • Display Trainer availability and booking details  

  • Support in-app communication and notifications  

  • Improve app reliability, quality, and performance  

  • Enforce safety, trust, and conduct policies  

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access

We may also use de-identified or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION


We share information only as needed to operate DAWG.

4.1 With Trainers  
Guardian and Dawg profile/session details needed for service delivery are shared with a Trainer when a booking/request is initiated or confirmed.

4.2 With Guardians  
Trainer public profile details, services, pricing, and relevant session details are visible to Guardians.

​

4.3 With Service Providers  
We share data with trusted processors, such as:

  • Stripe (payments and payouts)  

  • AWS (hosting, storage, and logs)  

  • Apple/Google and related providers (push notifications, platform diagnostics)

These providers process information under contractual and security controls.

​

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)  


DAWG is intended for adult Guardians and Trainers, not direct use by children.

  • Only adults may create accounts  

  • Guardians manage child-related data  

  • Children cannot directly log in, message, or manage sessions  

  • Child information is used only to provide requested services  

  • DAWG does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental/guardian involvement

6. MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATION PRIVACY

​

Messages between users are transmitted using standard web security protocols and stored in our database to provide messaging features (including unread tracking and notifications).


DAWG may introduce automated or manual message review tools for safety, abuse prevention, fraud detection, and policy enforcement as these features are implemented.

7. LOCATION INFORMATION


If enabled by device permissions, DAWG may use location data for:

  • Trainer discovery/search radius  

  • Address geocoding and map-related functions  

  • Session logistics and recommendations

Location permissions can be changed in your device settings at any time.

​

8. DATA SECURITY


We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Secure cloud infrastructure  

  • Encrypted credential handling  

  • HTTPS/TLS for data in transit  

  • Access controls and logging  

  • Stripe-managed PCI payment controls

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

​

9. DATA RETENTION


We retain information as long as needed for platform operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement.

After account deletion:

  • Certain transaction records may be retained as required by law  

  • Safety/moderation records may be retained where necessary  

  • Backups may retain residual data for a limited period

10. YOUR RIGHTS


Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request:

  • Access to personal information  

  • Correction of inaccurate data  

  • Deletion of personal information  

  • Data export/portability (where applicable)

Guardians may request deletion of Dawg profile information they control.

​

11. ACCOUNT DELETION


To request account deletion, contact support@thedawgapp.com.

​

Deletion generally:

  • Removes or deactivates your profile  

  • Disables future bookings/use of the account  

  • Preserves required legal/financial records

​

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY


We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.  


Updates are effective when posted, unless otherwise stated. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
