DAWG – Trainer Terms & Onboarding Agreement

This Trainer Terms & Onboarding Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Trainer”) and Bullware Solutions, LLC, the operator of the DAWG platform (“DAWG”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By creating a Trainer account, offering training services, or accepting session bookings through DAWG, you agree to all terms in this Agreement.
. Relationship of the Parties
You acknowledge and agree that:

You are an independent provider, not an employee or agent of DAWG or Bullware Solutions, LLC.

You are solely responsible for your taxes, insurance, certifications, equipment, and business operations.

DAWG does not supervise, control, or direct your training methods, availability, or conduct.

You understand and accept that DAWG is a technology platform, not a training service provider.
2. Eligibility Requirements
By onboarding as a Trainer, you represent that:

You are 18 years of age or older.

All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
-
You are legally permitted to work as an independent contractor.
-
You have experience or knowledge in the sports you offer.
-
You will comply with local, state, and federal laws.
-
You will complete any background check required by DAWG (current or future).
DAWG reserves the right to approve or deny any Trainer at its discretion.
3. Trainer Profile Requirements
You agree to maintain an accurate and up-to-date profile, including:

Legal name and contact information
-
Accurate sports, positions, skills, and offerings
-
Transparent pricing
-
A clear profile photo
-
Relevant experience or certifications (optional)
-
Service areas and training locations
False or misleading information may result in account removal.
4. Independent Business Responsibilities
As a Trainer on DAWG, you are responsible for:

Providing high-quality and safe training sessions
-
Ensuring appropriate conduct around minors
-
Bringing your own equipment if required
-
Communicating promptly with Guardians
-
Maintaining reliable availability
-
Managing your own business expenses
-
Securing liability or sports training insurance (recommended)
-
Complying with facility rules and local regulations
DAWG does not provide insurance, equipment, or legal protection for Trainers.
5. Background Checks
DAWG may require background checks as part of onboarding or continued use.
By participating in onboarding:

You authorize DAWG and its partners to conduct a background check.

Refusal to participate may result in account removal.
-
Inaccurate or disqualifying results may lead to suspension or termination.
You must notify DAWG of any new criminal charges or conduct concerns.
6. Payment Processing & Payouts
DAWG uses Stripe Connect for Trainer payouts.
By onboarding, you agree that:

Stripe may require identity verification (KYC).
-
You must provide accurate banking information.
-
DAWG’s platform fee is deducted before payout.
-
Stripe’s processing fees apply to each transaction.
-
Payout times are determined by Stripe, not DAWG.
Failure to complete Stripe setup will prevent earning payouts.
7. Platform Fees
DAWG collects a platform fee from every session:
10% of the session price OR $5 minimum — whichever is greater.
This fee is deducted automatically before Trainer payout.

8. Cancellations & No-Shows
Trainers must follow DAWG’s cancellation and no-show rules:

Trainer cancellation → Guardian receives full refund
-
Excessive cancellations may lead to suspension
-
Trainer no-show → Account review and possible removal
-
Guardian no-show → Trainer receives full payout
Professionalism and reliability are required.
9. Messaging & Conduct
You agree to use in-app messaging responsibly and professionally.
You must NOT:

Share inappropriate or unsafe content
-
Harass, threaten, or disrespect Guardians
-
Attempt to collect payments outside DAWG
-
Attempt to move Guardians off-platform
-
Send personal contact details to avoid fees
-
Engage in any misconduct with minors
All communication must remain professional and appropriate for youth sports.
DAWG may review messages for safety and compliance.
10. Safety Requirements
You agree to:

Prioritize the safety of every athlete
-
Use age-appropriate training methods
-
Avoid unsafe drills or environments
-
Never leave a minor unsupervised
-
Report any safety or misconduct concerns immediately
-
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Safety violations may result in immediate removal from the Platform.
11. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are grounds for suspension or termination:

Discrimination or harassment
-
Fraudulent activity
-
Attempting to circumvent DAWG’s payment system
-
Showing up under the influence
-
Providing unsafe or inappropriate training
-
Misrepresenting your identity or experience
-
Interacting with minors outside proper boundaries
-
Violating facility rules or laws
DAWG reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion.
12. Reviews & Ratings
Guardians may leave reviews about training sessions.
You acknowledge that:

Reviews may be visible publicly or within the Platform
-
DAWG does not alter reviews unless they violate policy
-
Attempting to manipulate reviews is prohibited
13. Account Suspension or Termination
DAWG may suspend or terminate a Trainer account for:

Policy violations
-
Safety concerns
-
Fraud or misconduct
-
Poor reliability or no-shows
-
Background check failures
-
Guardian complaints
-
Inappropriate behavior
Trainers removed from the platform may forfeit unpaid earnings tied to fraudulent or disputed sessions.
14. Liability Release
You acknowledge and agree that:

You train athletes at your own risk
-
You are solely responsible for your conduct and safety practices
-
DAWG is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses related to training
-
DAWG does not provide worker’s compensation or insurance
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bullware Solutions, LLC from claims related to your services.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes must be resolved in a Texas court of competent jurisdiction.
