1. ROLE OF DAWG
 

DAWG is a technology marketplace platform operated by Bullware Solutions, LLC. DAWG connects Guardians of youth athletes with independent Trainers.
 

DAWG does not hire, employ, supervise, direct, or control Trainers. Trainers are independent service providers and are solely responsible for the services they offer, how they conduct sessions, and their compliance with applicable law and safety obligations.
 

DAWG may provide scheduling, messaging, booking, payment, compliance, moderation, and support tools, but DAWG does not provide sports training services.

2. TRAINER ELIGIBILITY AND ONBOARDING
 

To use DAWG as a Trainer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old  

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information  

• Complete all required onboarding steps requested by DAWG  

• Maintain an eligible payout account and any required payment onboarding through Stripe or DAWG’s payment providers  

• Satisfy applicable compliance requirements before accepting paid sessions

DAWG may require identity verification, payment onboarding, acceptance of platform terms, service/pricing setup, and successful background check review before a Trainer may accept paid sessions or receive payout-enabled bookings through the Platform.

DAWG may deny, suspend, restrict, or remove Trainer access at any time based on safety, compliance, fraud, payment, conduct, legal, or operational concerns.

3. TRAINER STATUS
 

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are an independent service provider, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of DAWG  

• You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, certifications, licenses, permits, and legal compliance  

• You control the services you offer, your availability, and your pricing, subject to DAWG platform functionality and policies  

• Nothing in these Trainer Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, or partnership relationship between you and DAWG

4. TRAINER SERVICES AND CONTENT
 

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of your profile, experience, qualifications, certifications, and service descriptions  

• The sports, positions, age groups, and training categories you choose to offer  

• The pricing, duration, and availability you make available through DAWG  

• Your communications with users  

• Any photos, profile content, or materials you upload  
   

You may not post false, misleading, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unlawful content.
 

DAWG may edit, remove, limit, or moderate Trainer content or service availability at its discretion to protect user safety, platform integrity, or compliance.

5. BACKGROUND CHECKS, SAFETY, AND MINOR ATHLETES
 

If DAWG requires background check review, you must complete that process successfully before accepting paid sessions or receiving payout-enabled bookings.
 

You are solely responsible for lawful and appropriate conduct when interacting with minors and families. You agree to comply with all applicable child safety, abuse prevention, reporting, and professional conduct requirements.
 

DAWG may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account based on background check results, safety reports, complaints, suspected misconduct, or other trust and safety concerns.
 

DAWG does not guarantee that any review, screening, or verification process will identify all risks, and DAWG does not assume responsibility for Trainer conduct.

6. SESSION REQUESTS, BOOKINGS, AND ACCEPTANCE
 

DAWG may provide session request, booking, invite, waitlist, or checkout workflows.
 

You understand that:

• A session is not considered paid or finalized until DAWG and/or Stripe confirms successful payment  

• DAWG may decline, cancel, restrict, or reverse bookings based on compliance, safety, fraud, dispute, payment, scheduling, or operational issues  

• Availability shown in the Platform may change before payment is successfully completed 

• Invite-based bookings and waitlists remain subject to platform rules

7. PAYMENTS, FEES, AND PAYOUTS
 

Payments are processed through Stripe or DAWG’s designated payment providers.
 

By using DAWG as a Trainer, you agree that:

• DAWG may apply platform fees to session transactions  

• Trainer payout amounts depend on payment outcomes, refunds, disputes, fees, and processor settlement  

• Stripe or processors may assess fees that impact payout timing or amount  

• Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, reversed, or withheld  

• Displayed payout information may be estimated until finalized  
   

DAWG does not guarantee any minimum earnings, booking volume, or payout timing.

8. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, NO-SHOWS, AND DISPUTES
 

Session outcomes depend on session status, payment state, timing, and DAWG’s policies.
 

You acknowledge:

• Guardian cancellations may impact refund handling  

• Trainer cancellations may result in no payout  

• No-shows and disputes do not guarantee payout  

• DAWG may review sessions case-by-case  

• Repeated issues may result in restrictions or removal

9. COMMUNICATIONS AND OFF-PLATFORM CONDUCT
 

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate, or abuse users  

• Send inappropriate or explicit content  

• Move users off-platform to avoid fees  

• Accept payment outside DAWG  

• Use DAWG for unlawful activity

10. TAXES, INSURANCE, AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
 

You are responsible for:

• Taxes  

• Insurance  

• Licenses and permits  

• Legal compliance  
   

DAWG does not provide tax or legal advice.

11. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS AND TERMINATION
 

DAWG may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Compliance failures  

• Safety concerns  

• Payment issues  

• Fraud or abuse  

• Policy violations  

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows

12. DISCLAIMERS
 

DAWG is provided “as is.”

​

DAWG does not guarantee:

• Bookings or earnings  

• Payment timing  

• Platform uptime  

• User behavior  

​

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

DAWG is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, disputes, injuries, or user conduct.

14. INDEMNITY
 

You agree to indemnify DAWG for claims related to:

• Your services  

• Your conduct  

• Policy violations  

• Legal violations  

• Injuries or disputes

15. POLICY UPDATES
 

DAWG may update these Terms at any time.
